North Cascade Cares is a ministry that aims to meet the needs of people in the Skagit Valley. Our events first began in January 2022, supported by church and community volunteers with a heart to serve. Through our free dental and vision clinics, we hope to extend the healing ministry of Jesus.
OUR DIRECTORS

Vicki Jacobs, MSN, RN has had a desire to serve others throughout her life. She volunteered at multiple free clinics which inspired her to organize clinics for our community. Vicki has organized seven free clinics in the Skagit Valley as well as multiple blood drives, Make-a-Difference Day, a fundraising concert to benefit Family Promise, and collections for the Burlington Edison School District, Dress for Success, Love INC, and Care Medical Center. It is her desire to demonstrate the love of Christ to those in need.
