North Cascade Cares is a non-profit organization that aims to meet the needs of people in the Skagit Valley. Our events first began in January 2022, supported by church and community volunteers with a heart to serve. Through our free dental and vision clinics, we hope to extend the healing ministry of Jesus.

Jim Giem
Vicki Jacobs has had a heart to serve others throughout her life. Volunteering at several other free clinics on the West coast inspired her to run one in her own community. Working as a nurse keeps her busy, but she is passionate about the ministry of North Cascade Cares.​
